Enfant Bonne Nuit Pajamas Recall
This is an important update for customers who may have purchased the Enfant Bonne Nuit children’s pajamas from us or who received them as gifts. In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), we have initiated a voluntary recall these children’s pajamas, which upon recent testing were found not to meet federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear. These pajamas were designed to mimic our adult Bonne Nuit, however as we investigated this issue, we learned that 100% cotton pajamas that have not been treated with a chemical flame-resistant substance, and/or are not tight fitting, will generally not meet the federal standards required for children’s sleepwear. 100% untreated cotton remains completely safe and preferred by many for adult sleepwear. While no incidents or injuries have been reported, we are conducting this important safety recall of the Enfant Bonne Nuit children pajamas.
If you purchased, or received a gift of, the Enfant Bonne Nuit Pajamas from La Ligne between November 1, 2023 and March 5, 2025, please discontinue use of the garment(s) immediately. If you would like to receive a full refund ($75) to your original form of payment, or a $100 store credit to La Ligne, we only ask that you email lou@lalignenyc.com with photos of your pajamas that adhere to the below disposal guidance found below and indicate which form of remedy (refund or store credit) you prefer.
Disposal instructions:
- - For the pajama bottoms: please cut both pant legs vertically from waist band to ankle cuff
- - For the pajama tops: please cut large hole on either side of the button placket
- - Take a photo of the pajama top and bottoms to send to La Ligne a required part of the refund process.
- - Discontinue the use of the pajamas immediately.
